President's Message

I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Ichiro Kosaka, and I was appointed President and Representative Director at the General Meeting of Shareholders and by the Board of Directors on June 28, 2024.

Since our founding, we have contributed to prosperous and comfortable living through various industries, engaging in the development, manufacture and sale of paints.

We take an especially active stance on the development of environment-friendly paints such as water-borne, solvent-free, and powdered paints. The company’s percentage of these types of paints stands well above the industry average at present. In addition to environment-friendly products, we are forging ahead with CO₂ and energy reduction strategies at our plants in order to go carbon neutral by the year 2050 and do our part to achieve a more sustainable society.

We will always keep in mind our Corporate Philosophy, which includes the commitment to being a company that “places emphasis on steadiness and credibility and continues to be a company trusted by customers,” as we go about our activities. Moreover, considering human resources a valuable asset, we will, of course, focus on education while also thoroughly instilling in each employee the top priorities of legal compliance and safe working procedures to earn society’s trust.

There may be times where the business environment is difficult and goes through rapid change, but we will do our best and exercise ingenuity regardless of circumstances and manage the business in such a way as to earn your trust. Thank you for your continued patronage and support.
